Back end
What goes on on the server that presents the content to the client.
Digital video
An electronic representation of moving visual images (video) in the form of encoded digital data.
Front end
The side of a website that is visible to its clients or users
Full-stack development
Development of digital products (apps, programs, websites etc) that requires a familiarity with all the layers required to deliver a product.
Kayaking
Floating on the ocean in a piece of carbon-fibre, wood or plastic.
Surfing
See Kayaking, but with less paddles, more standing up, and more falling in.
User experience
A person's emotions and attitudes about using a particular product, system or service.
Web development
A broad term for the work involved in developing a web site for the Internet (World Wide Web) or an intranet (a private network)
